In a blender, mix the garlic, the pébés, the slices, esesè, the half onion, the ginger, the green onion, the pepper and add a bowl of water.
On the fish, make several cuts on both sides and salt them.
In a bowl, pour your mixture of spices on the fishes, make the mixture penetrate in the notches and add a cube of crumbled broth.
Add a teaspoon of mayonnaise
Marinate one hour in the fridge
Place the fish on a sheet of greaseproof paper and drizzle with oil.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes
