Place your chicken thighs in a salad bowl, slash, pepper and salt.
In a saucepan with a base of oil, cook your chicken legs for 7 minutes.
Puree the garlic, onion and ginger and add to the pan.
Add a sliced onion, a sliced green onion and pour the 330 Ml of coconut milk.
Add curry and two bouillon cubes
Mix it all together and add 250 ML of water
