-Pour the African marinade into the chicken, which has already been washed first, and mix.

-Let stand for 30 minutes

-30 minutes later, collect the marinade and fry your chicken.

-Once you have browned your chicken on both sides, be sure to add the onion, ground garlic and tomato pieces.

-Let it cook for 8 minutes
TIP: Don't forget to close your pan.

-8 minutes later, add salt, tomato paste and mix.

-Then add carrots, parsley, some stock cube powder and chilli pepper.

-Mix again and add water. Mix, close your pan and let cook for 20 minutes.

-After 20 minutes, remove your chicken and add 1 bowl of rice.

-Sauté your rice for 5 minutes over medium heat.

-5 minutes later, add 1 bowl of water (use the same bowl you used for the rice).
TIP : Veillez à utiliser une sauteuse/casserole qui ne colle pas, c’est très important.

-Cook over medium heat and check the rice once the water has dried.

-Once the water has dried up, if your rice is not cooked, add half a bowl of water and let it cook again.

-To finish cooking your rice, retrieve your chicken, place it on top of the rice and pour your juice.

-Let cook over low heat and once the water has dried, the rice is ready.
