-At first, pour 800 gr of seed sauce into a pressure cooker.

-Then mix and add water twice.
TIP: Fill the box that contained the seed sauce with water.

-Simmer for 30 minutes.

-Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, add the meat: the oxtail and the hen.

-Then add 3 whole tomatoes and a whole onion.

-Add your bay leaves and cubes and close the pressure cooker.

-Cook for 15 minutes.

-After these 15 minutes, collect your vegetables, put them in a blender, add garlic cloves and mix.

-Recover the mix, add it to your saucepan and stir.

-To finish, add salt, cover your pressure cooker and leave to cook for 45 minutes.

-After 45 minutes of cooking, your sauce is ready!
TIP: You can remove excess oil with a ladle.
