-Pour the olive oil into a saucepan and add the chopped onions.

-Add 2 cups of rice, salt and then 4 cups of water.

-Stir and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

-Then, in a blender add onion, garlic cloves, parsley, pepper and 50 ml of water. Blend!

-Take a large frying pan and pour olive oil.

-Then add 1.5 kg of beef and salt.

-Add the mixture made of garlic, onion, pepper and parsley made in the blender beforehand and mix.

-Then add the tomato pieces and 150 g of tomato paste.

-Stir and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

-Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, add 1 liter of water, the pieces of carrot and sweet potato.

-Then add 350 gr of peanut paste.

-Stir and add a cube, bay leaves and red pepper.

-Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
